Örkény (1912-1979) is one of the most popular writers of post-war Hungary. Örkény wrote lots of one minute stories till the end of his life. These short stories contain wisdom, humour and a lot of sarcasm. The Corvina Book Ltd. published a collection of One Minute Stories in english.
